Monday, July 12th - Percussion Practice 5:00-7:00pm
July 12th-16th - Color Guard Mini-Camp 5:30 - 8:30pm
July 19th-23rd - Pre-Band Camp 9:00am to 4:00pm (Bring your lunch).
- Squad Leaders report an hour early on Monday, July 19th and stay an hour after camp (until 5:00pm)...this day only.
- Squad Leaders will also report on Tuesday, July 20th at 8:00am. Bring money for lunch and dinner that day as the Squad Leaders will travel to Ohio State for Squad Leader Day and will return home about 9:00pm. The rest of the band will have normal practice time that day of 9am to 4pm at the school.
July 20-21st - Uniform fittings for 9th graders, 5:30-8:00pm
Monday, July 26th - Union County Fair Parade - evening (all grades), Summer uniform, new show shirt.
July 26-30th - Percussion Fair clean up - 7:00-9:00am daily
Thursday, July 29th - Full Band Practice 9am to Noon. Full band to Ohio State Fair Parade, 2:00pm to 11:00pm

Monday, August 2nd - Band Fees for 2010-2011 Due - Everyone should have received their invoices for band fees by now. You may make partial payments up until the August 2nd due date. Payments may be dropped off at the band room any time the band room is open for practices or you can mail payment to MHSBBI PO Box 362, Marysville, OH 43040. If you feel you will have difficulty paying all band fees prior to August 2nd, please contact the boosters now - DO NOT wait until August 2nd! Keep in mind that these fees are separate from the Pay-to-Participate fees that are billed by the school along with instructional fees.
August 2 - 6, 2010 - Band Camp - 8:00am to 5:00pm at HS
Friday, August 6th - Band Camp Parent Night - 7:00pm at HS stadium
Thursday, August 26th, Booster Meeting - 7:00pm at HS band room. Freshman only performance
Friday, August 27th - Football Game - At Marion Harding; Summer uniform with band white shoes
Monday, August 30th - Percussion Practice 5:00-7:00pm
